2. Eligibility and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

3. Service Description

BellaNovel provides digital fiction discovery and reading features. Depending on the current product version, features may include:

• Story discovery, search, ranking, library, bookmark, and reading history features.
• Chapter access, free previews, paid unlocks, coin balances, promotions, and checkout flows.
• Account settings, support messages, notices, product experiments, and service updates.

4. Reader Content and Feedback

If you submit ratings, reviews, comments, support messages, feedback, or other materials, you are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to submit it.

You grant BellaNovel a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

5. Coins, Memberships, Payments, and Refunds

Coin packs, chapter unlock rules, prices, taxes, and other checkout details for BellaNovel will be shown before purchase. Coins are digital credits for use within the service, have no cash value, and may not be transferred.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Refund policies applicable to paid services will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Promotions and Free Access

Free chapters, discounts, bonuses, trials, daily gifts, promotional credits, and limited offers may be changed, limited, revoked, or discontinued at any time.

Promotional items may have different expiration, transfer, eligibility, and usage rules from paid items or other access rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use BellaNovel for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
• Bypass payment requirements, chapter access controls, account limits, security controls, or rate limits.
• Copy, scrape, crawl, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its content.
• Upload malware, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or violate third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The BellaNovel service, including software, design, user interface, brand assets, systems, and technology, is owned by BellaNovel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Stories, covers, metadata, and other content may be owned by authors, publishers, partners, or licensors. You may access content only through the features we provide and only for permitted personal use unless we state otherwise.

BellaNovel may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, email, customer support, security, and infrastructure monitoring.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BellaNovel from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using BellaNovel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, disable features, or restrict accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, failed to pay where payment is required, or used the service abusively.

After termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. We may retain or delete account information and service records according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup practices, and operational needs.
