Chapter 2

Isolde’s POV

Silas frowned a little.

He took his hand off my chest. His pale-gold eyes stared at my naked body for a few seconds.

His voice was freezing cold, dripping with authority.

“The upper pathways are blocked. Your wolf is fighting me.”

“The true core is lower down. I’ll have to force it open from there.”

My heart dropped.

He opened a drawer next to the bed and pulled something out. It was a smooth, pale-blue crystal rod.

It was thicker and longer than I expected. The tip was rounded, but just looking at it made me panic.

“Wolf-bone healing crystal,” he explained, sounding like a doctor doing surgery. “It conducts Alpha energy. It’ll open your deep core much faster than my fingers.”

I pressed my thighs tighter together.

But he was already at the end of the bed. His gloved hands pushed my knees apart.

He wouldn't take no for an answer. Cold air hit the most private part of my body. My breathing shattered.

“Don’t tense up,” he said, looking down at me. “This is a treatment. Relax, or it’ll hurt more.”

The second the cold crystal touched my entrance, my whole body froze.

It was freezing. Silas didn't shove it in right away.

He just rubbed the blunt tip back and forth, getting it wet with the slickness my body made just from being nervous.

Every rub reminded me that I was being forced open.

“Breathe,” he ordered softly.

The crystal started to slide in.

One inch. Then another. The cold, hard rod pushed through my tight walls.

I grabbed the sheets, my knuckles turning white. It didn't exactly hurt, but the shame of being totally opened up destroyed me.

More warm wetness spilled out, sliding down the crystal.

Suddenly, Silas ripped off his gloves.

His bare, burning fingers found my clit and started rubbing without warning—fast and hard. The rough skin of his fingers sent sparks of heat through my sensitive spot.

“Feel the energy,” he whispered. He turned his head, his hot breath hitting my neck.

“Take it in. Don't fight it.”

The crystal pushed deeper while his fingers moved faster.

Ice and fire crashed together. The stretching feeling inside me and the crazy pleasure on the outside were too much.

My hips jerked up, but his other hand pinned me down. A broken whimper slipped out of my mouth.

It was too much.

My belly felt hot and tight, like a rubber band about to snap.

“Alpha… I—I can’t…” I cried.

He didn't stop.

He pushed the crystal all the way in, hitting deep inside me. At the exact same time, his fingers pressed down hard.

White light flashed behind my eyes.

I screamed as my body shook violently. I came so hard and so fast, my vision went dark.

All I could hear was my own loud crying.

Silas’s hand slapped over my mouth immediately.

His big, rough hand trapped all my sounds. His huge body hovered over mine.

His hot breath hit my neck—a clear warning.

“Shh. Don't call me Alpha. You will call me Daddy.”

“Mia is right outside that door. Do you want her to hear you moaning like a little wolf in heat? This is a normal reaction to the treatment.”

Tears ran down my face and wet his fingers.

The crystal was still buried deep inside me. My tight walls kept squeezing the cold rod.

Outside, Mia was still pacing. It was so wrong.

Silas's thumb wiped a tear from my cheek. Half sweet, half threatening.

“Good,” he said quietly, his dark eyes staring at my red face. “You're open now. Let's let the real energy in.”
